Maple Tree Golf Club was built in 1980 by Joe Richardson. The course currently has 36 holes and is listed as a Public golf course.
Known as the world's northernmost 36 hole golf course, Moose Run offers the Creek course (par-72 and a massive 7,324 yards) and the Hill course (par-72, 6,499 yards). Considered by many golfers to be the best golf course in Michigan, partially due to its eccentricities: certain times of year you can tee off at midnight.
